These pads are the largest ones I could find to train 2 puppies at once. They are not only big but very absorbent. We tried other brands from other pet stores and they don't work as well. One of our pups also takes pleasure in ripping the pads when we aren't home. These pads leave less of a mess when ripped. I know they aren't meant for that but believe me, if you've ever had this problem, you will understand that it's important that when they rip the fibers inside stay in tact and don't create a snow storm of who-knows-what all over the place. The other inferior brands create dust particles and the fiber goes all over the place. Not with these. Much easier to clean up. These are the only pad I use.

One of our dogs is almost 15 years old. She is a larger dog - shepherd mix. She was starting to have accidents while sleeping. So we set up a sleep area next to our bed, which we line with 3 of these pads (slightly overlapped) and cover will a thin blanket. The blanket helps keep the pads in place when she rolls around and keeps her nails from moving the pads. In the morning, if needed, we replace any wet pads and wash the blanket. While I agree that some of the stuffing is not uniform, this does not keep the pads from working, as the "liquid" will be absorbed by the filling elsewhere. I am very happy with these pads, as they perform as expected, protect our carpet, and let her still stay int the room with us.

We are very pleased with these. I bought the bulk pack as we go through quite a few of them. We have two puppy mill rescue dogs that still aren't completely housebroken, so we always have to have a pad down. At least they learned to go on the pads, although they will still use the area by the cat box if given the chance. Anyway, back to these pads. They are good quality. Thick and sturdy. We were using the XL OUT pads from Walmart, but these XL ones are larger than Walm-Marts and when you buy bulk, they are cheaper. I calculated we were paying 59c each for the XL WalMart pads and these pads work out to 50c each (at the cost of $49.99 for 100). So we will be purchasing these from now on. Highly recommended for quality and price.

I've searched all pee-pee pads I don't like the small ones , as we have 4 wonderful little Japanese Chins. They use their pee-pee pads all the time. The Mednet Direct is a great size I'm going to get them on auto order so I never run out. Again shipping was fast and there was nothing wrong with my product. I highly recommend this product. It's a win win for me. ! ! ! ! ! And great price you get 100 of them in the pack I am soooooooo happy .You may think they are a bit high in price , but I need the largest pee-pee pad I can find. And as I said with 4 using it it's a great deal for me.

I am so glad I found these larger pads! I had been buying the largest pads Walmart had, but then they stopped selling them. From there I went to putting the smaller pads down together to make a larger space. I have two small dogs (10lbs, 17lbs) who have to go inside and these Mednet pads, so far, have saved me. So far, I like them so much that I'm going to see if I can get a regular shipment or at least buy more before they disappear like the ones I was getting at Walmart. I am really pleased with this purchase.

My Golden Retriever can't seem to aim correctly on those typical 22x23" pads...and I have to put down 4-6 of them. These pads are a nice size and rectangular...they are a tad thicker than your average pad...and sometimes the filling shifts, so that there are spots without padding....However, for the price, these are a good deal...I found better ones (with better quilting), but they were $1 a pad. It seems like all companies are downgrading the quality of their puppy pads. I thought Simple Solution brand was the best, until I recently bought a package in Walmart that were made differently---cheaper and the quilting was gone. I've purchased these 4-5 times so far and they do the job.

I hate to give it "just" three stars, I think it could definitely be bumped to 3.5 but I went back and forth clicking on the 4th star. When you're shopping for these, you're really looking for something reliable. I mean, your living situation could be compromised! The love you have for your pup could be jeopardize!
Contrary to those who claim some sort of defects, I have to say that the box arrived damage (by the delivery, no doubt) but everything in it was A OK. The pad was slimmer than I expected but what I really was disappointed about was that the padding can be quite patch at time. and right now, it seems that I'm going through a batch where it's almost like there's more "holes" (meaning areas without padding) than fully padded. Because the whole thing is rather slim, it turns out quite flimsy.
The size is great though! So what I resolved to do is use the XXL as a base (even though I have a tarp underneath the whole pen area) and place some better quality pads on top which are not available at this size, unfortunately. The one I tend to prefer (and YMMV) are the Hartz Home Protection Pads (http://www.amazon.com/Hartz-Home-Protection-Pads-Dogs/dp/B000G136RM/ref=pd_sbs_petsupplies_7?ie=UTF8&refRID=0MVR1J8FJTV8WQ4MF46D).
Let's face it, everything will depend on your dog, how well you cover your area, how frequently you are willing to change the pads, how thoroughly and frequently you will wash the floor underneath. Whenever someone complains of smell I think, you know it's just like a bathroom, the bacteria lingers in the air and that's what smells. Clean up the place. Whatever pad you buy is not magical. And none of them are super-absorbent without leaking ever!
TLDR: the quality is okay and not consistent from pad to pad, the XXL size redeems it a lot but not fully, the price is affordable.
