    This harness arrived falling apart. I have never received anything I've ordered online that was in such horrible condition - totally unusable. The packaging was fine and the box it was in, undamaged - the merchandise was just of very inferior quality. Given the safety of a pet is at stake, it makes this actually dangerous situation. I cannot recommend this harness and I obviously returned it immediately. If I could have given this product zero stars I would have.
