This little pouch is the best! I take my 3lb pom everywhere - errands, hikes.. you name it! She loves tagging along and feels safe. She is still a puppy so there is room for her to grow and I keep a T shirt in the bottom for now. :) Super important- there is a little clip you can secure to their harness so they would never fall or jump out. She likes to keep her little leg out just FYI.. it's not that she can't be totally inside with just her head peaking out! Also- the strap has a pocket where you can stick a credit card, key or even your iPhone.

    We bought this for our 7 month old Chihuahua , took me about 5 minutes to get her in it, she was a bit scared to go in but after that she enjoyed laying in there and being close to me. Good quality and easy on the eyes :) I got a few complements from people thinking it was a purse until Clover stock her head out to say Hi. Do measure your dog before buying she is a little tall so it was only used for one vacation before she outgrew it.

    I ordered the Large size that says it will fit a 10# cat or dog. My 7# Chihuahua can barely fit in it. Measure your dog before you order this!!
    The body of the sling is very well made and is very sturdy. However, unless you are over 6' tall or like having your pet bumping along on your thigh, this will not fit you well. I am 5' 4" and the bag hits me mid-thigh. My poor little dog bounces with every step I take. I would make some design changes to this product if I were the manufacturer: First, have an adjustable shoulder strap!!! Not everybody is one size fits all. Second, reposition the zipper higher up on the sling. I have to sit down with the sling in my lap to get my dog positioned in the sling correctly before I zip her in. Third, taper the sling so the back end is larger which will naturally position the pet to sit back rather than lean forward.
    I am keeping the sling because I have sewing skills and can re-do the shoulder strap with an adjustable buckle and can shorten it considerably (about 6" in my case). I plan on adding a velcro closure to the shoulder strap with the buckle as the secondary closure. Like I said, the body of the sling is very well made and a lot sturdier than others I have looked at. The colors are great and the neck opening is easy to adjust to keep your pet inside and comfortable. The breathable mesh is nice so the pet does not get as warm as they do in other slings.

    The picture made it look more adjustable than it really is. It was difficult to get puppy in, even harder to zip and deal with drawstring. When all was said and done, puppy was still able to jump out. This solution doesn't work for me at all.
