It's very hard to find a comfy pair of shoes. I stand/walk at work for 8 hours easily. These shoes are soft, don't hurt my toes as other shoes but for some reasons, on my right foot- the shoe elastic bothers my Achilles' tendon. Will try to do something about it. Otherwise these shoes are perfect.

    I wrote yes for arch support, but it could be better. I wore them for several hours the first time I put them on and they were comfortable for all but the last half hour or so. I have these in another color and they are now broken in and very comfortable. Initially the stitching on the top becomes a bit painful after several hours and until they are broken in well. What I love is that they DO NOT hurt my heels, even on the first day of wearing them, which, along with the casual style, is why I bought a second pair to wear with jeans.

    the elastic is extremely strong on these shoes and they fit very snug. its just a bit too tight for my liking and I typically dont like something digging into my ankle. maybe a half size larger would be best. other than that they are REALLY comfortable in the sole and in the material. soft like a pillow.

The shoes look like they're well made with high quality materials and durable stitching. Cons: Elastic is too tight and digs into the back of my ankles making it painful after a little while. Also, the shoe runs a bit narrow so the knotted sides are uncomfortable. I've heard a lot of good things about Hush Puppies and these are my first pair. Unfortunately, they're not as comfortable as I had hoped or expected. I wouldn't recommend them.

    I bought a pair of these shoes last year after breaking a bone in my toe. They were SO easy to wear. Having worn and worn them I thought I would get a 2nd pair - but alas I could no longer see what size they were! I have ordered my normal size of 7 - but I am going to need an 8. I will return the first pair and hope to get another size. They are great shoes and would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a pair.
