    This fell apart before I even got the dog outside. Definitely do not recommend this product. Not to mention the returns department put me on hold for 20 minutes each time I called and never picked up once. Very difficult company to work with. They were nice when I finally got someone on the phone but it wasn't worth the hassle and time. They did refund my money plus shipping so that was good.

    I like the size, it seems to be well made so far, dog doesn't mind wearing it (105 lb Lab). HOWEVER, I had to make a strap extension for the front - note how far forward it is on the dog in the photo :/ .... Also the color seems to be peach with khaki handles..I'm keeping it because of the carrying capacity , extra pockets and bottle holder, but I will have to do something to make it appear less feminine for my male Lab....

    This backpack met all expectations. It is easy to put on and off, has "clip" buckles, adjustable. It worked perfect for our German Shepard. The dog doesn't mind wearing it. It is made of durable material, lots of room for what you need to carry. I am very happy. It fits perfectly for our family and dog. Don't hesitate to buy it.
