Our older lab started having the hip problems that the breed tends to have. It was to the point where he was struggling to get up from laying down. We were having to help him get up. My husband did research and found these. It is amazing how well they've worked! And he eats the chewy nuggets with no problem. No having to force it down his throat like we've had to with liquids and pills. These were a GREAT purchase. Now our old dog has a MUCH easier time getting up!
