Great quality food!
I switched my Saint Bernard/lab mix puppy to this food after feeding him wellness puppy food for 6 months. Wellness is good quality, but it gave my puppy horrible gas. And it was pretty pricey. (30lb bag 51 dollars) so I started researching food that was good quality, kind of like wellness but a little more affordable in hopes it would cut down on his gas problem. I came across pro pac and it’s ingredients are very similar to wellness. So I decided to switch him to pro pac. It’s been a little over a week and I am very impressed. He has no more raunchy smelling gas and he hasn’t had any diarrhea from switching. I’ve been switching him slowly like you’re supposed to. When I first got him at 8 weeks old and I switched him from puppy chow to Wellness he had horrible diarreah. But this switch has been great. His poop is normal. He has no more horrible gas. And it’s a lot more affordable!!! I highly recommend this food!!!

Our pup eats it all up and is very healthy & strong. The breeder recommended it, and we have been very satisfied with our dog's overall condition, weight, health. The past few months we combine it with Nutro (like a 2-1 ratio roughly) and a little water.

Our dogs really like this food, but it's gotten too expensive to buy on Amazon. Hopefully the price will come back down and we can start feeding it again. Their coats looked good on the food and they seemed to enjoy it.

This is a great puppy food for small dogs. Was turned on to this from a breeder as they use it for puppies and females that are nursing. This gets a 4 or 5 star from the dog food rating site. Less food is needed as it has a complete diet not just a bunch of grain filler. Do your homework before buying and talk to your vet. But our dog loves this. After slowly switching my GSD pup to this food, I found that she had consistent tummy issues. I eliminated all else from her diet and got her back to solid movements with rice and pumpkin, but after reintroducing this food, I found this to be the culprit. Now that she's several months old, I've discovered that she generally has a sensitive stomach, so I can't blame it all on this brand which is why I'm not rating it lower. I was bummed that it didn't work out for her because the product is priced well and the ingredients appear to be relatively good. Just want to post this review as a caution to any prospective puppy owners.

I really liked shipping this to fosters and using it in rescue. Might have to check into other brands to keep costs down. Donated dollars are precious.
