This one is small, soft, and very durable. Made of the finest leather, it really should stand up to the test of time, as she really loves to romp outside with our two Tom cats! The best feature is that we can easily silde a tag onto it, without fear of slipage or its sharp edges hurting her. We love it!

    This collar is perfect!! It fits my 4 lb Yorkie perfectly. A lot of people might complain about how small it is but I don't think they're looking at/paying attention to the measurements correctly. This collar probably won't work for your 12 lb Shi Tsu, but that's not the collar's or the seller's fault, it's yours for not paying attention to what you're buying. But anyways, I really do love this collar, all three of my Yorkies have one and I would definitely buy it again.
