Beautifully packaged with a personalized, hand written note from the seller. The hat actually came in a hat box! And the hat is a very nice, too hat. It came with an extra ribbon in a different color. The straps are easy to prepare to put on your pet and seem comfortable and ate adjustable.
My kitty has not worn a hat and we are going through a long, gentle introduction so that when he does wear it, he will be comfortable, confident, and dapper.
If your pet I'd experienced in wearing hats or clothing you will have no problem getting them into this hat. That said, if you have specific plans for your pet to wear this, and your pet is not used to wearing anything but a collar you will need to use high value treats and daily sessions to ensure your pet will develop positive association with the item of clothing well before you begin a step by step process of getting the item onto them.
In any case, this hat is very high quality and should be comfortable for your pet to wear once your pet is acclimated to wearing it.

A fashionable hat for a dapper tuxedo cat
Yeah so a year and a half ago I got a pair of kittens, and the boy, Ernesto, is extremely easy going. He puts up with many clothes. Someone told me he needed a hat, so here it is. The hat is extremely good quality. It's probably a little too small for him, but I erred on the side of the small instead of potentially having a hat that fit his head inside. But it works. Well. I work in history, and looking at 19th century hat catalogs, I would suggest that this is close to the style called the "Prince". And it fits Ernesto's tuxedo and white gloves. The hat is held on by an ingenious system. A loop comes down on either side, to fit the animal's ears through, which helps keep the hat in place, and then a bottom tie is looped through the loops, and tightens with a toggle fastener. And it comes with a ridiculously fancy hat box. In the photo I did not put a tie on him because a bow tie is the one clothing he does not tolerate, at all.

This product is high quality, and super cute! Bought this for my daughters cat Mr.Cuddles, and they love it! It took a few times for him to be comfortable with it on, for short periods of time. It is very firm, so the hat will not collapse with multiple uses. The best part is the personalized cards and notes that were handwritten, thanking us for our purchase! That shows they care about their buyers, and their product, and the awesome animals that get to adorn their beautiful products! Thank you so much, and we will definitely be back for more!

Love this hat !!! It fit him perfectly and matched well with his doggie tuxedo.
