I had to order a smaller size based on the recommended measurements so I immediately put it on my dog, who is super skinny. Everything has separate ties! The S emblem had 2 , top and bottom, the cape has two, neck and back, and the little belt is one sash to tie. Everything worked great as separate pieces!
