Get Fido packed up and ready to go with this lightweight, tough, custom-fit Baxter Dog Pack. Great for everyday use or backpacking adventures with your dog. Built strong to withstand rugged outdoor conditions, it has 8 different adjustment points to get the proper fit for any dog. It includes a rear-mounted leash hook that works like a harness for pups that need to be on their lead. The ergonomic padded spine support contours to the dog’s back for a comfortable fit and provides weight distribution for the two saddlebags. The pet backpack offers space to store all of your canine's travel essentials such as food, treats, toys, first-aid supplies and travel bowls. Includes a large handle to help dogs over rock scrambles or extract them from water. Available in two sizes and comes in Barn Red, Coastal Blue, Sea Glass/Coral, or Black/Orange.

I wanted to love this backpack! I have a shepherd with anxiety and found out a backpack with some weight could help by giving her a sense of having a job. After only 5 uses both of the bottom seams started to rip out. We didn't even made it on a real hike, only a few times around the block. So disappointed that I have to introduce another pack to my anxious pup!

    This backpack is SO CUTE!! The colors are exactly as pictured, the quality of the material seems great, and there is even a bottle opener on the backpack! Maybe I just didn't see that in the description or something. It fits my dog perfectly, and there is plenty of space for her to grow into it. Overall, such a great find. Haven't taken it into the woods yet, but I'm sure itl do its job.

    The pack has a good amount of room for when we go backpacking--fits his food, collapsible bowl, some treats, a bone. My dog is around 55 pounds and somewhat lean, and it fits him very well. My only complaint is that since he's kind of a longer build, the front strap that goes underneath digs into his armpit a little so we have to leave it loose. For the most part the pack stays balanced if the weight is balanced.

    I wish I'd ordered the bigger bags, but this one is definitely sturdy and worth the money. I have a Bull Terrier/Plott hound mutt that this fits on. He's 45 lbs and rocks this thing pretty well. Gotta take some time to get the straps just right though, that way it doesn't slosh to the one side or the other.

    Update: two tears in the left bag after about the 10th hike. Kinda disappointed in the seams, they did not hold out, there was treats and his folding bowl so it's not like there was much weight.
