Our 50 lb Springer Spaniel recently went blind, and on advice from the vet was told some protective lenses were needed to avoid getting poked in the eyes by bushes and branches in the yard.
On reading previous reviews about the NACOCO Pet Dog Sunglasses I was uncertain if these specs might be too big, but they are very adjustable and fit her just fine. The doggie doesn't really like wearing them, but has only been able to swipe them off twice in the last month or so; the dual strap placement is to be credited for that. Only complaint is that after 20 minutes she really sweats under the lenses. Her fur around the eyes is moist and possibly irritating. Still, it's better than a sharp stick in the eye!

Edward is a classic adult dog rescue w/an unknown backstory aside from having been returned to shelter twice for "medical" issues & "snapping" at a toddler. Shelter said he's "11 years old." He's a 50 lb. sturdy boy w/strong opinions (I'd "snap," too, if a toddler pulled on my infected ear). I got these glasses b/c he squints in the sunlight; they do the trick for a super-low price; they look great. Most importantly, Edward is willing to wear them & smile-wags when we go out in the sun. PS: Edward's "medical" & "snapping" problems turned out to be (1) he needs a grain-free diet; (b) his Apoquel for chronic dermatitis gave him 'roid rage. That said, he's strong-minded & would NOT wear the glasses if they weren't comfy for him.
My dog James Edward Tobias von Truppen likes them.
