Exactly what I expected and would buy again!
I bought a matching leash and collar set as my puppies first set. I bought the 5ft long 5/8” wide leash with an extra small collar. My puppy is an Australian shepherd and at 8 weeks old weighed 4 lbs. She is now 4 months old and weighs 15 lbs. The weights and size was appropriate then as it is now. This leash has been everything I expected. It is sturdy with a good snap and easy to hold. My pup is learning how to properly walk on a leash and there are times she bounces around and I never feel it is going to break. It is nylon, so if you have a chewer they will be able to eventually chew through it. I am not aware of anything a puppy couldn’t chew through (besides maybe metal) if left to their own devices. If something happened to my leash, I will be replacing it with this brand.

    I liked the length of the four foot leash I got in turquoise. It’s good for training “heel” because it’s lightweight, not too long but also not too short. I love the colour as well, it’s as shown, and it has a nice shine to it. Great buy.
