DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!

I followed the instructions for this spray and waited 3 weeks before writing this review.

This product does not work at all. In fact, I sprayed some of it in my hand today, and my puppy licked it right up. I cannot believe they have the nerve to charge $15 for a bottle of mostly water!

I'm really disappointed in this product. I would not recommend this at all. I don't know how it has so many good reviews. If this doesn't deter a small puppy, I don't see it deterring a bigger dog.
