My 1 years old American yellow Lab is a silly girl who wiggles her bum as she walks. She cant just walk without her entire rear end wiggling back and forth. She's a very happy girl and shows it in every move she makes. I suddenly thought that her cute rumpus needs a tutu. Hence this purchase. Impulse purchase.
The XL is plenty large. Plenty of ruffle at her hips, then a long satin tie. She sort of wiggles herself enough to bounce the tutu off. If I tie it too tight then she sits like she cant move. So sort of not perfect. I tried it on our smaller (but chunky) mega mutt. Fits her great, though didnt need that much material or tie. THEN, my big boy was so excited about all this that he acted like he needed to try it on. It comically fits him the best. HE WAS SO HAPPY to try it on. He was only one to really let me get a good picture. The other two were a swirl of craziness that the pics arent great. ,But he was a perfect model, which I will include (just look at that sweet happy giant face!).
The ruffle length is 6, maybe 8 inches out from center. Plenty of material to look at overall.

This is by far the cutest tutu ever! I have a 50lb beagle pit mix who absolutely LOVES this tutu! I bought it for Halloween, but she has been begging me to put it on her ever since I took it out of the packaging. She is a bit of a Tom Boy, so she runs around the house with her brother and rough houses with him, all while wearing her tutu. But bc of the satin ribbon, it doesn’t stay on as well as I want, but she just comes back to me to have it re-tied. You really CANNOT beat the price which is why I am giving it an overall 5 stars. It’s pretty well-made, considering it was probably designed for pictures only, but it’s holding up really well for my crazy girl!
She’s been wearing this tutu everyday since we got it!
