Straps kept slipping
I bought the large for my 85lb German shepherd. I adjusted the straps to fit him before our camping trip and he didn't seem to mind it even with weight in it. The only complaint so far I have is that the straps keep slipping. We would be a mile down the trail and the pack was hanging more to one side than the other (we have the pack evenly distributed with just 9 cups of dog food in each pouch) we noticed that the reasoning for this was that even though we adjusted the straps to fit him they kept slipping and making it fall off of him. We plan to use something to stop the straps from sliding like rubeer bands or sewing them in place something. Other than that it seemed like it fit him well

I can't get this pack to sit evenly on my dog. It's always hanging off to one side or the other. Other than this issue, which is kind of a big issue for this product, I like it. It's nice and light and the straps work well. Although, I do have a concern with possible rubbing/chaffing from the straps as they run right up against the back of her front legs. We haven't been out for any long journeys yet with this pack so it has not yet been an issue.

The size large, fit my German Shepherd. The straps have plenty room for adjustments. We did a 3 day hike and the pack stayed in place and did not hinder the movement of my dog. The pack held dog food and bowls, and had room for more. This is the second pack for dogs I have. I like this one better because of the design of the straps. I recommend this Dog Backpack, you will not be disappointed.

We have a pit bull and German shepherd and the large worked for both of them. So far, they've worked great at storing small items and my dogs seem to find them comfortable. My husband has even connected a leash to their handles and had them pull him on his skateboard, so it seems pretty durable. Easy to put on and adjust. I do wish the leash hook was on the back and that the seams were double stitched to prevent tears later on but I think we can reinforce the seams ourselves, if need be. A good value for the price point!

This product is JUNK ! I bought this in May of 2017, within a few months and being used 8 times, ( half of which without anything in it) the seams are tearing apart, We used to to hold a couple pint size water bottles and dog treats, After contacting customer service they offered to give me a 20% refund,

I like this product a lot, but my biggest complaint is that the straps don’t stay tight on our dog, so the pack comes loose after a little bit and we have to stop and tighten them back up. Our dog is 80lbs of pure muscle, it’s nice for him to carry his own stuff. On a ten mile hike, the kids ended up putting some of their snacks on his back to reduce their load. There are two pockets, one on each side. The chest strap is padded, so it was comfortable to wear. My baby was able to wear it for a whole day without trouble.

I like the size of this pack. Not overly large, but large enough for water bottles, snacks, phone, and a few other small items. It seems to fit well, although the back belly strap could use a bit more length ( just an inch or so) for adjustment on my dog. As with most packs, both sides need to have approx even weight distribution or the pack hangs too far to one side or the other. Good price for a nice well made pack.
